Year 7 Students Raise money for Cancer Support
Two Year 7 students, Henri and Charlie, have raised a phenomenal amount of money and awareness for MacMillan Cancer Support by shaving their heads! The boys have made an outstanding effort to raise money for the charity this half term, raising over £500 in total – their dedication and hard work is inspiring! The charity is close to Henri and Charlie’s hearts as they have both unfortunately lost family members to cancer. A big thank you to everyone who sponsored the boys and to Julia McDonnell from GB Barbers who came in to the academy to shave the boys’ hair off. We are very proud of Henri and Charlie for their commitment to such a fantastic cause!
