Animals in Hands
On Monday 20th January 2014, the whole of Year seven were very privileged to have a visit from the Animal Man, who represented the company, Animals in Hands.
Every form group were extremely excited as they went into the library. The visit, as well as being exciting, was also very educational, as students were taught about the rainforest and learnt many facts about the different animals. Students had the opportunity to hold, stroke or touch the animals, if they wished.
Nothing however, could prepare anyone for the last animal- a yellow and white patterned snake that measured over 4 metres long!
Everyone really enjoyed the visit and we all benefitted greatly from this experience.
Year 7 would like to say a special ‘Thank You’ to Mo, from Animals in Hands.
